this is an informative podcast but also unapproachable for people who don’t have a solid understanding of human biology. It could be made better if you guys stepped back and explained some of the medical terms and concepts during the episodes.
Highly informative show for all parents! This podcast is filled with great information brought to you by two physicians.
Preparing for conception and motherhood is a whole new world to me and this podcast is making it feel like less uncharted territory. Especially as someone with Hashimoto’s, I feel like health-wise I have a lot to untangle. Drs. Alejandra and Christine are so knowledgeable and have great guests - I recommend this to all my new mom friends!
Always excited for a new episode of the Hey Miami podcast to drop! Drs Maren and Carrasco are awesome, and they interview incredible experts in this space. As a mami who is recently postpartum and now pregnant, this is my go-to listen each week!
