You really think the future of health is a million procedures and pills every day?
On top of the absurd guests he provides little educational content
Tom needs to get more to the point and stop going so deep into the psyche of the guest or pandering to them. Your guest ate quite narcissistic.
I don’t have a lot of time and would love to get to the meat of the content as soon as possible.
Stop playing the psychiatrist please
Tom used to post a lot of content that inspires me, but as I my education progressed I got concerned about the health claims of his guests. Hacks like Ben Greenfield and Shawn Stevenson push pseudoscience and conspiracy while casting doubt on practices with more evidence and benefit. Disappointing lack of vetting
Long time fan of Tom. His content never disappoints. Highly recommend.
Massively awesome info to change your life from mediocre to excellent! One suggestion… your language is getting increasingly worse. The F bombs and MF bombs are getting distracting. Makes it harder to share with family and friends that are sensitive to bad language and it really does take away from the intellectual prowess that you have. Words matter. Otherwise, I love your show!!
