Joshua, thank you for creating this podcast. My best friend of 14 years (we are 26 this year) was diagnosed with SA about 7 years ago. We are trying to get better together. This podcast so far has given me so much insight into his mental illness and his daily struggles. It’s also given me idea for how to be a more supportive friend. And it’s given me hope that he can get past this someday and go on to do the things he always dreamed about. I hope good things continue to happen for you!
