    Being lucky enough to be able to use headphones all day at work I’ve found this podcast to be invaluable. I listen to music and audiobooks, but sometimes a great thriller can be a bit much. This podcast is really grounding and inspiring. Some of the interviews remind me of how lucky we are and how bad other people have had it, yet overcame and powered on through tough situations.
