"Those shifts [in work culture] allowed me to remain very career-driven and productive. If they hadn’t happened, I could’ve easily been part of the statistics of women who left the workforce because it was just too much."

I recently found debra and her podcast when she was a guest on another podcast, and had to check her out. I love the variety of topics she explores, and the easy conversational nature of the episodes. I just loved the one with Janice Goldmintz… as I am in that “sandwich” generation - so helpful!
Every episode of Debra’s is worth a listen. The one with Karen Laos on Communication though is a skip to the front of the queue.
Everytime I start to say (or write) I think or If, I have to stop and reword. :-)
Such actionable take-aways that really make a huge difference.
Thank you, Debra!
I just discovered this podcast, and started with JJ DiGeronimo and was HOOKED.
For women who are putting themselves out there, starting or pivoting in their career, putting themselves first for the first time, or seeking a better way to live their life or find their purpose, you’ll love this podcast.
So empowering! Love this show and the host!
I really enjoyed the episode where you talk with Geri Tomich about being intentional about our future goals, and setting down our own ground rules and checking those boxes off one at a time, can bring incredibly satisfying results. I would highly recommend this podcast to anyone interested in heartfelt conversation with women about the work they do and the journey that brought them to pursue their career path.
