Fun, lighthearted, and spooky. It’s fun to learn a little history about each of the places the hosts explore, and the banter between the two of them is funny and entertaining, and the laughter keeps the tales from feeling too scary. I also love when Lanie reflects on how it would feel to be in the shoes of the characters in the histories they discuss - it adds depth and humanity to the episodes. I can’t say enough good things about this podcast!!
