this has taken over as my “dog walking podcast”. i am mostly a scifi reader but happened to be reading mistborn (baby’s first sanderson) when i came across this podcast and it motivated me to get through them because then i could listen to next episode.
some of my favorites were the dispossessed episodes! i love that book but can’t ever convince any of my friends to read it to talk about it with me. the bad book episodes are super fun but would love an old classic again sometime :)

I affectionately call this my “Hater Report Podcast” to my girlfriend. Discovered this with the iron flame and fourth wing instagrams posts. It’s cathartic listening to the silly and fun flaws in each of these books. The hosts are quite funny in their reviews of the books. I must say, as a fellow resident of south Minneapolis, the insanity of reading iron flame during everything going on outside is something I can truly relate to.
