The best LAFC podcast named after a sign in front of podiatrists office that closed like three years ago. Hosted by comedy writers Travis Helwig and Darren Miller and soccer expert Vince La Rosa, this podcast is the easiest way for new fans to fall in love with our club, and the most fun place for current LAFC fans to keep up with the team. We’ll preview every match, have some post-game call in sh... more

This podcast is the perfect balance between informative and casual talk that makes being an LAFC fan approachable. What I really appreciate about the podcast is that it makes being a fan of LAFC fun and light compared to the other soccer podcasts I listen to. I feel HAFO SAFO sets the standard for team specific podcasts because it’s the perfect amount of banter, inside jokes and fandom and it really is a community that welcomes people to black and gold.
Do you feel bad when we win? Do you feel bad when we lose? So do these guys!
Whether we are back or we are not back, whether Dolo is out or Dolo is in, whether Bouanga gets stopped by a triple team or splits them and shoots it just wide, these gentlemen will always be there to commiserate.
Best pod bang for your pod buck!
Happy Foot: I love you.
Sad Foot: Byeeeee
HaFoSaFo is the podcast for everyone — die hard fans of of the sometimes-best team in the 12th best soccer league in the world, MLS casuals, tactics and transfer nerds, or maybe just someone who enjoys jokes about of a 5’ 3” literal clown from Spain.
The timing, production quality, and writing are top notch, and even 80% of the listener call-ins are great to listen to.
Love you, byeeee.

My favorite fan-produced LAFC content. An excellent mix of analysis and humor. You can tell they truly care about the team. They also don’t take themselves seriously. It feels as though you’re talking about the game with well-informed friends.
Love the show, guys. Keep up the good work!

A lively LAFC-focused show that blends match analysis, tactical banter, and fan-driven humor. Regular hosts dissect recent results, preview upcoming games, and weave in listener calls, memes, and lighthearted segments. A standout aspect is the seamless mix of on-field storytelling with accessible banter, making it approachable for casual fans while still offering tactical insight for gunner supporters. Notable is the willingness to incorporate non-sports topics (guest interviews and humorous bets) and to treat fan input as central to the show's energy, which helps create a sense of community and belonging for listeners.
Listeners are likely drawn to energetic, soccer-obsessed fans who enjoy humor, casual analysis, and community engagement ... more
