謝謝此節目陪我度過寶寶哭泣時的夜晚XD 搭配好眠魔法4堂課，修正了很多對於寶寶睡眠的錯誤認知及方法。
寶寶在4月齡之際，哄睡不再那麼有用。執行了兩週睡眠引導後，第一週寶寶成功從大床換到小床，放床都知道要睡覺，不會哭鬧要出來，而是很努力想哄睡自己。第二週已連續一週都成功無需介入，放床後10-15分鐘自主入睡。
只是現在還是有接覺大魔王，不知道怎麼幫助寶寶度過30分鐘魔咒….不只白天，連長睡眠也有….
寶寶很明顯是試圖哄睡自己而非想起床想玩，但還是都失敗最後大哭累了才偶爾能睡下。甚至睡眠引導太成功(笑)，這時候想介入哄睡她也不願XDDD
希望能有接覺引導的主題，再次謝謝Peggy的分享！

就算是二寶媽了，睡眠關也是打掉重練啊！ 大寶是奶睡到現在陪睡，但二寶奶睡溢吐奶，沒辦法複製大寶的模式，幸虧聽了好眠師的podcast跟課程，可以逐步協助孩子好好的睡覺，從寶寶15天大到現在3M20D，就算是遇到翻身關卡，寶寶也知道到昏暗的環境跟房間就是要睡覺了，也順利的可以從1830睡到隔天0600。感謝好眠師盡心的節目分享～❤️ 想請問帶寶寶外出的時候，有沒有推薦的安全又方便攜帶的簡易床呢？是落地式的比較好？還是放在爸媽床鋪上的比較好呢？還是依照寶寶大動作發展準備呢？飯店的嬰兒床容易遇到使用過久或是清潔上沒有這麼完整的，還是希望透過自己準備比較安心
