鏡電視外部公評人辦公室X鏡好聽買回家的商品不如預期，消費者可以向店家投訴；閱聽眾接收到品質不佳的媒體內容，卻無可奈何？ 2020年成立的鏡電視不但致力於提供有品質的節目，更聘用傳播學者翁秀琪建立公評人制度，在閱聽眾與媒體間搭起溝通的橋樑，希望讓閱聽人的聲音進入新聞台，成為台灣第一個擁有專職公評人的媒體。 《好好評新聞──公評人來了！》裡，翁秀琪剖析公評人制度與新聞產業，並邀請新聞從業人員及閱聽人代表暢談媒體現象，在對話中交換對好新聞的定義和想法。
