好久沒更新了，怕百萬粉絲都跑光了，這一集就先不想那麼多，開錄再說。
一開始是隨便亂講，結果講著講著，好像還是長出了一個主題，也就是：萬事皆有時。
中間也聊到最近的一些觀察，包括 AI (第一萬遍提到)，還有腦子爛掉的問題，也就是數位世界帶來的brain rot。
這些東西看似很零碎，但好像又慢慢連在一起，讓我想到我先前在錄雙語中心podcast時，來賓常常覺得我很會接話，把什麼都講得有關，看來他們所言不虛XD

黃老厶新書《英文寫作學習者的自我修養》終於在二月正式出版上市！
本來這集應該要認真介紹書，但後來想想，各個平台上的產品簡介已經寫得很清楚，老厶再講一遍也只是浪費大家的能量…
所以這集我決定「側面介紹」：從書末那段短短的謝詞聊起，配合我最近對於「心存感謝」重要性的體悟，把感謝講得更詳細一些，也順便帶出一些這本寫作書的介紹（真的只有一些XD），算是一個用比較不那麼制式的方式，讓大家從側面了解這本書如何長出來，是在談些什麼。

在臺大雙語教育中心接任行政職務即將滿兩年。來聊聊這段時間，老厶如何從一個對行政運作了解不多的外文系老師，慢慢練習變成一個能抓到節奏、在繁忙瑣事中勉力好好活著的行政組長。
本集也算是一個 I 人在行政叢林裡的真實體悟。如果願意放下抱怨與焦慮（我一向都蠻願意的XD），試著在個人脈絡中尋找適合自己的「生存之道」，那些看似枯燥逼人的工作，也能成為心靈成長的機會。
