    They claim to use scientific studies, but disparage certain things based on their personal experience rather than scientific studies. An example is their mission to dissuade anyone into following a vegetarian diet based on one hosts personal experience. Studies show a healthy (sounds like host did not have this) vegetarian or vegan diet can promote what they are aspiring to including the large amount of protein they insist on, but it seems it is not masculine enough for these guys or something. ... more
