Great episode with Jeremy Bedenbaugh. I loved the part where he mentioned that you can't lead others well if you can't lead yourself well. If you need leadership advice, or just want some heartfelt encouragement, this is the podcast for you!
Michael and Kathryn ate the real deal - smart, experienced and honest entrepreneurs on a mission to help others business owners lead fulfilling lives. This podcast is full of valuable advice on leadership, business and marketing. I had the honor of being featured on the 10/20/20 podcast on the topic of how to LOVE your business again. So much fun - they are entertaining and engaging interviewers!

Michael and Kathryn are fun hosts, who mix good humor with serious insights into what it takes to be an entrepreneur and business leader in today’s environment.
A couple pocasts stand out: The 4 Stages of Burnout and Leadership Development with Terry Walling. I love the distinction between coaching and mentoring. The quote that grabbed me most was from Terry that goes something like this. “Taking a coaching posture with periodic mentoring. Helping people discover what is inside them and then periodically adding to it.” (rough quote) The whole podcast combined with your podcast on Burnout got my leadership mind racing.
I am slowly going through the HABO Village podcasts and gathering some amazing gold nuggets of wisdom, lessons learned and never too late to know information that I can apply as a leader of my team at work, in my personal side business and just as a human who is always looking to improve who I am as a sister, friend, co-worker and person!
I wish I had discovered these sooner. But it’s never too late, right?
I am enjoying this podcast! A great husband and wife team talking about adding passion and provision to the way one runs a business. Excellent advice and presented in a very thoughtful and entertaining way. I'm looking forward to more episodes!

Great podcast. The content is light yet serious and useful. The way Micheal and Kathryn carry a conversation about the topics shows they are very knowledgable about the subject matter. I could hear their personalities and passion for the subject matter flowing out my earbuds. Looking forward to more.
