全部聽完才來留言，中斷了好幾年，第一季結束就沒聽了，一路到前陣子開車太想睡了，覺得再回來聽一下回味一下，看能不能繼續聽，一聽就屌到，所以從第二季重新聽，一路回追到EP264，聽完的時間（1/7）剛好是結婚兩週年🤭🤭是一個非常值得聽的節目，每天通勤在聽，現在要開始慢慢等了～～就想追劇一樣，劇沒有演完不看，但節目沒辦法等～全部錄完，只能邊聽邊期待了～現在三個主持人都非常棒👍在IG也有找你們聊天，但都沒機會被講到，因為都在分享節目心得居多～真的很棒啦！

聽了哈拉充能量多年，學到您們新體驗的精神。對於許多生活的不確定，只有勇敢的邁出第一步，會發現自己其實是辦得到的。過去1年我開始嘗試獨旅，先從國內旅遊再到自己搭飛機出國（有次去日本還把錢包弄丟🥲還好後來有找回來）、嘗試獨自露營、泳渡日月潭、爬百岳、甚至第一次的留言都獻給哈拉充能量。隨著生活上的豐富，工作上好像也更順利，也許是眼界不同了吧。謝謝您們的節目，陪著我一起成長。

從2021年聽到現在，跑跑剛進來接棒主持人的時候，聲音跟談話的內容確實比較沒有那麼吸引人，但後來會講一堆幹話就變得很有趣（原來是人設的部分），從最近這幾集聽起來跑跑當時應該很挫折，但有人設之後開始講幹話真的很好笑，上班聽Podcast都會忍不住笑出來，請繼續加油👏
