感謝好事貸每集知識滿滿，真的是優質含金量又高的好節目，主持人口條清晰，提供很多房屋買賣及貸款經驗，我這個房市小白想請教有關抵押貸款的問題，同事分享他今年上半年將股票全數賣出，將新北預售屋的房貸繳清，再將房子拿去抵押貸款，貸到約9成的資金，利率跟房貸利率差不多，一樣可貸30年，而且有3還是5年的寬限期，貸款的錢再拿去投資股票，這讓明年要交屋的我（目前沒有任何貸款，工作穩定）也萌生這樣的念頭，但是現在貸款應該沒有這樣的行情，我同事認為就是要跟銀行談，想請教2位主持人，對於明年預售屋交屋貸款有這樣的機會嗎？抵押貸款有什麼需要注意的地方，感謝好事貸！
