问题来了：如何去判断哪一条均线能成为支撑或阻力位呢？答案很简单，那就是观察历史走势，观察某只股的历史走势，有些时候股价的走势会呈现一定的规律性，在规律性的走势中去确定扮演重要角色的均线，而那条均线就是我们日后关注的重点。

上期讲过均线主要有两个作用：一个是判断股价的趋势，另一个是判断股价的支撑和阻力位，换句话说、均线具有支撑和阻力效果，所谓的支撑就是股价跌到某一位置时很难继续跌下去，仿佛遇到了支撑。而阻力则刚好相反，股价涨到某一位之时很难继续上涨、仿佛遇到了阻力一样。
而均线有时候会起到支撑位和阻力位的作用，但均线的数量有很多，比如5日均线、10日均线、20日均线、30日均线等等。你可能会好奇：到底哪些均线有着支撑或阻力效果呢？答案是：任何一条均线都有这两种效果。

接着上期讲讲量价关系，今天我们从“缩量”的角度出发分析量价关系。
1：缩量价涨。意思是成交量不断萎缩，而股价却在上涨。这种关系也是我上期提到的“量价背离”现象。正常逻辑中股价上涨应该伴随着放量才对，成交量是买方情绪的表达，股价持续上涨，对应的买方情绪应该是越来越高涨才对，因为高涨的情绪才有可能继续推升股价。
相反，如果挂股价上涨成交量反倒出现萎缩，说明买方的做多热情已经出现了消退的迹象，虽然此刻的股价还在上涨，但已不值得留恋，因为情绪消退后上涨的动作也会随之消退。
