【文稿：】ARBR指标中的两条线具有相似的含义，在实战的时候我认为参考其中一条即可，具体参考哪一条可以按照个人喜好决定。不过从市场反馈来看，多数人喜欢参考AR这条线，具体原因我也不清楚，可能是因为AR排在前面的原因吧...以AR线条为例，线条的波动范围非常宽泛，我们可以拿100为准，线条在100附近波动，表明股价处在横盘震荡的走势。由于100这个数字过于具体，我们可以取上下20作为波动区间，也就是80-120之间。当AR处在80-120之间波动，说明股价处在横盘震荡的走势，没有明显的上涨或下跌趋... more
【文稿：】ARBR指标有两条线，这两条线的周期一模一样，算法也非常类似，所以本质上参考哪条线都一样，但每当指标中有两条线的时候，都会有金叉、死叉的用法存在，于是有人可能会好奇：ARBR指标也同样如此吗？（ARBR指标）
我的回答是肯定的，不过我不建议你用该指标去参考金叉、死叉。金叉、死叉是根据两条线的交叉来判断走势的拐点，同时用来判断买卖点，但这需要两条线的计算周期要尽量分隔的大一些，这样短周期的线条交叉长周期线条时、才会有拐点的含义，比如macd就是这样的设计。（MACD指标）
