rootfield富士山の麓、山梨県の西湖に移住し古民家宿を運営しています。 山梨の観光情報に加え、趣味のアウトドアや旅、トレイルランニングの話などを、毎朝6時に配信しています。 古民家宿rootfield→https://root-field.com/ 2017年〜2018年 バックパッカースタイルで北中南アメリカを縦断。 旅の途中、コロンビアの首都ボゴタで強盗に襲われ、身ぐるみ剥がされる。 2021年 KOUMI100というトレイルランニングの100マイルレース（175km）を完走。 次回出場予定のレースは2022年4月 UTMF(Ultra Trail Mt.Fuji)165km。
