With so many podcasts to choose from it’s rare to find one that is laser-focused on helping us get through our daily challenges and stress with such high caliber content and experts in a fun and engaging way. Jen has really created something special. Its informative, supportive and inspiring. I feel like she gets me and is helping me directly in each episode grow through it (all!) and shine.
After Listening to each episode no matter the topic, I always take something away from it that I can try or can relate to. Both in my personal and professional life, I have a hard time naming or even reflecting on how I am feeling about things or situations. This podcast has allowed me to be more aware of my emotions, be open to different ideas, be more mindful and listen to some great guests and their stories of resilience.
