  • Bring back useful info

This show was really useful and interesting some time ago. I felt like I was hearing content experts give me useful insight for practice building. The newest host gives very high level overviews of things that are too elementary to be of any use to most group practice owners. I just heard him explain what a social media post was. I had to turn it off.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Is Your Business Model Holding You Back? With Igor Graf | GP 344
Q: What is the key takeaway you want the audience to walk away with?
The key takeaway is that if something happens once it may be random, but if it happens multiple times it is a system, and you must identify the next step that can change everything rather than piling on more work or tactics.
Is Your Business Model Holding You Back? With Igor Graf | GP 344
Q: Now, which level out of the eight would you say you made it to after experiencing debt and growth.
Igor says he reached the architect level, having achieved substantial wealth and followers, but warns that at this level one must reassess identity and next steps to avoid perpetual growth without necessity, or losing themselves.
Is Your Business Model Holding You Back? With Igor Graf | GP 344
Q: So how about you start by talking about the pearl methodology?
Igor explains that Pearl is an eight-level map of evolutionary refinement for entrepreneurs, and that it helps tailor learning, mindset, and skills to the individual's current level, ensuring that ideas and actions fit where the person actually is.
Are Your Money Beliefs Holding Your Practice Back with Audrey Faust | GP 341
Q: What would be the key takeaways you would like the audience to walk away with today?
Audrey emphasizes not fearing numbers, approaching them with curiosity, and making time for a regular 'money date' to review financials. She advocates recognizing data as information to inform decisions, assembling the right financial team (including a fractional CFO), and understanding that inner mindset work is foundational before pursuing growth strategies.
Are Your Money Beliefs Holding Your Practice Back with Audrey Faust | GP 341
Q: What are those hidden money blocks that you've discovered?
Audrey describes numerous subconscious money blocks rooted in childhood conditioning, such as beliefs about wealth, scarcity, and identity. She explains how these beliefs run in the background (often 95% of thoughts) and can prevent women from embracing financial data and growing their businesses until they are identified and rewired.
