Kyle and Sam are great. I hope they teach me to get Frank Melia’s traps.
After following these two awesome gentlemen on Twitter for sometime, following their podcast and listening to them share their hearts and experiences is the best next step. They really offer great insights into fitness, exercise, building muscle, pitfalls for beginners. They answer most of my questions that I have had in beginning my strength building journey. It’s a great tool, and they have a great relationship and connection that you can really hear in the podcast. I can’t recommend it more.
Great place for anyone interested in how to train properly!
Wicked episodes from two men who understand the method of sustaining improvement. Well done!
Not the same fluff as other podcasts. Great for those starting out and for those already on their war path.
