This podcast rules. If you love D&D, this will easily become your favorite show as these two brilliant raconteurs explore all the lore, origins, rules and idiosyncrasies of Advanced D&D with humor and nostalgia guiding the way. The show connects you to a wonderful old school gaming community with cons and magazines of their very own. Easily my favorite podcast of all time, i cannot recommend them enough to fans of AD&D, new and old.
One of the best 1e podcasts out there and the random encounter for episode 70 was the best one ever.
Found GrogTalk looking for AD&D podcasts and have loved every minute of the first three episodes! Am bingeing them now to catch up and trying to find a way to get to Florida for GrogCon! Dan and James do a great job explaining the feel, tone and ethos of 1e. Makes me feel like I’m back in 1981 playing the best edition of D&D. Keep up the good work!
