For the first time ever with a podcast, I found myself checking the release schedule because I was so eager for the next episode. That says it all
This is a great review of the roots of modern RPGs. Looking at those old modules and seeing what worked, what didn't, and (indirectly) the evolution of current gaming. As an old grognard, this retrospective look at the hobby fills me with all those happy, cozy nostalgic feelings. And the analysis is pretty spot on. Happily reccomend this podcast.
I had no idea the effects of DND had on modern gaming, including computer games, amazing!
