What a delight, a treasure trove of guests gently guided by Simon. Story telling at its finest.
Every episode is brilliant! Genuine friendship and respect between Simon and what seems to be every amazing chef in the country! As it’s a chat between mates, us listeners get to hear the very best and honest stories as they are clearly relaxed. Fascinating to hear all the back stories filled with their love of food! Just joyous!
