Such a great addition to the grief talking that is going on through podcasts. I would say it may be my favourite. Joshua is so grounded and aware, and he makes space for people to talk easily about some difficult stuff, as well as joy. Very helpful.
Hearing all of these stories not only validated my grief and my belief in grief dreams but it also gave me so many useful tips on cathartic activities to help heal from grief trauma. I’m a new listener and already putting some of these into practice even though I don’t have a recent loss. I’d recommend this podcast to anyone who is struggling with grief, has had a grief dream or would like to have a grief dream.

Dr Joshua Black and his cohorts have crafted something truly unique—and much needed. He's literally the only PhD out there talking about dreams related to grief, which I've had plenty of. So listening to his show has helped me sort out what to do with this amorphous but rich stuff. VERY helpful!

All the messages he gave her for me where someth... more
