  • Old format was better

I really liked the old format, a meticulous unpacking of one joke. This new format is just another interview show. It was unique, and now it's ordinary.

  • Man, I loved this a few years ago. But recent years 2 things harmed quality. 1) it became increasingly clear the host wasn't committed to the project. Long breaks, haphazard "experimentation" with the form that seemed I'll conceived/half-hearted. Negative impact on quality. 2) increasingly apparent personal bias in commentary on comedic performance.of course, I have my political leanings too, but I can recognize the talent in folks I disagree with. This host apparently cannot, unfortunately.
