I really liked the old format, a meticulous unpacking of one joke. This new format is just another interview show. It was unique, and now it's ordinary.
Would love to see Sam Reich on the pod.
Would love to hear Josh Johnson on the podcast.

Man, I loved this a few years ago. But recent years 2 things harmed quality. 1) it became increasingly clear the host wasn't committed to the project. Long breaks, haphazard "experimentation" with the form that seemed I'll conceived/half-hearted. Negative impact on quality. 2) increasingly apparent personal bias in commentary on comedic performance.of course, I have my political leanings too, but I can recognize the talent in folks I disagree with. This host apparently cannot, unfortunately.
