Susan displays the easiest methods for working with phyllo dough
Thought the info may have been good, but I utilized my Ipod to for this podcast and she was talking so softly and the microphone was so far away that it was not picking up anything she said. She really needs to have a mic on her if she is going to do a pod cast. May be I watched the one podcast that they did not use a mic, but it was a problem for me. I am sure it was good, but did not hear a thing.
I rally wish there were more
This is a very weak podcast. Poorly staged and cast. Perhaps the description and title should match?
poorly names files. for instance the video entitled "Grilled Chicken with Red Pepper Salsa" talks about jalepeno peppers. doesn't even mention chicken or salsa. don't waste your time.
If you want some great and practical tips about cooking this is the pleace to be!
