I could listen to Malcolm talk for days, and while I would not consider myself a car guy the behind the scenes look at Lexus’ process has me lusting over a new Lexus. Mission accomplished! More than that though, I thoroughly enjoy the depths that the car company and Pushkin have gone to illuminate the process behind the design.

You can’t deny that you didn’t learn anything new and my goodness, the Japanese are synonymous with stellar service so I’m pretty sure the things here are true.
