這一集，我想帶大家走進一段真實發生的體驗式活動。
在一個名為「實驗教育體驗村」的三天兩夜裡，
我和近百位教育工作者，一起參與了兩個看似簡單、卻後座力極強的活動
一個活動，讓人明明知道快撞上了，卻不能自己轉彎；
一個活動，讓你蒙上雙眼，被迫交出控制權，只能選擇相信。
這不只是一場教育體驗，
更像是我們每個人在人生、工作、信仰裡，反覆上演的縮影。

很多事情，是經歷過了，
才知道原來那就是成為大人的瞬間。
這一集想聊聊——
為什麼很多爸爸，是看到孩子出生那一刻，
才真正感受到「我是爸爸了」。
那不是責任而已，
是生命突然被推進一條全新的軌道。
錄音時，我也一直在想一件事：
生命其實是不可逆的，
我們能擁有的，只有當下的體驗。
很多煩惱，很多困住自己的想法，
都是還沒發生，就先在腦海裡走了幾百遍。
但其實，很多答案，
都是在做了之後才慢慢出現。

這一集我分享了從催生、產程停滯，到最後剖腹生產的真實歷程；
也分享了在產房、手術台、聽到孩子哭聲那一刻，
我內心真正發生的轉變。

但我選擇不壓抑，而是去體驗、去覺察——
