The GMBN Show is funny,helpful ,informal and interactive because
The presenters always sing joke and take the mickey out of things
They always talk about lots of bikes in the news and talk about one subject weekly
In the hacks and bodges you can get a GMBN race top but it also helps lots of other people , in bike vault you can get a nice or super nice about your bike and in caption contest you could get a stunt mug which they throw at the camera
