8 months ago after being diagnosed with celiac disease, my doctor just said “go gluten free”. I found Coral on Instagram and saw she had a podcast. I just finished her last episode today. I binged the whole thing and gained such a confidence in that I need to do, how to tell family/friends how to help and just to have an overall positivity with it.
