    Hi just found out about this podcast through Instagram. I am a burn victim from a car fire 50% of my body burned, right arm amputation, TBI and I continue to suffer with PTSD. I am looking forward to listening to these episodes here.

Set short-term goals because at the end of the day, walking more the next day, trying to be on your feet maybe five more minutes... you know that the light is going to get brighter and things are going to get better.

Lovely shares that as a child, returning to school after her injury made her feel like an oddball, impacting her self-esteem. The negative perceptions from peers made her struggle with accepting herself, but eventually she learned to love herself regardless of others' opinions.
