김정은이 사과라는 표현을 썼다고 이 정부는 아주 반색을 합니다. 그게 공식 사과성명도 아니고 고작 종이쪽지에 쓴 통지문에 불과합니다. 북한 사람들은 이 일이 일어났는지도 모르고 있습니다. 이게 무슨 사과입니까. 통지문 사과라니, 이건 사실상 대한민국을 조롱한 처사이고, 대한민국 국민에 대한 모독입니다.
죄를 지으면 죄질에 따라 무거운 벌을 받거나 가벼운 별을 받습니다. 살인 강도를 저지르면 무거운 벌을 받고 빵을 훔치면 가벼운 벌을 받습니다. 그게 배고파서 한 짓이면 정상참작도 됩니다. 그러나 죄가 없어지는 것은 아닙니다. 큰 죄는 죄고, 작은 죄는 죄가 아니다, 이렇게 말할 수는 없는 겁니다.
