    If I was still an agent working in the contact centre this would be the perfect reason to get into wrap (although I know my manager from years ago may not have been happy) 😂

    I came late to the podcast only finding it a while ago, I started at episode 1 and am now up to date, what I can say is that every episode adds value, is great and really makes you think!!

    Martin is a great podcast host and the guest are brilliant with loads knowledge to share!!

    Being from the industry I almost dread listening to podcasts about stereotypical stories and how people are great and experts. Well this isn’t that! Martin clearly knows his stuff and has a great technique of talking shop with other industry professionals whilst keeping it light and enjoyable. Keep up the class interviews and guests. A highlight of my week when a new one comes out 👌👌👌
