  • Amazing podcast

I have been listening to Gila’s podcast for a few years. She has such an amazing tone, she is not judgemental whatsoever and she is so accepting of everyone. Her episodes are so interesting and really teach you how to take care of yourself and not be so obsessed with food. I can’t recommend her podcast enough!

Thanks to her, I continued to educate myself (reading the original books, finding more podcasts) and slowly but surely was able to embrace a much healthier approach to food. Gila ... more
