I have been listening to Gila’s podcast for a few years. She has such an amazing tone, she is not judgemental whatsoever and she is so accepting of everyone. Her episodes are so interesting and really teach you how to take care of yourself and not be so obsessed with food. I can’t recommend her podcast enough!
Each episode sheds a new awareness to understanding the holistic approach to intuitive eating with an eye towards practical tips to helping people navigate the conflicting and complicated messages from the “health and wellness” world.
I randomly discovered Gila’s podcast at the height of covid, and it’s been one of my favorite podcasts ever since.
