  • Not blindly sending out resumes anymore-

This podcast is fantastic to develop a plan for direction. It’s encouraging and tactical because the guests have recently entered into the field, and found success from coaching. It avoids being too sales-pitchy or gate keeping bits of information. There are good tips in each interview. It’s comforting to hear the methods that are on the right track and each individual’s story and diverse approach. Thank you Mike Hayes and guests!
