- Leider in Teilen zu unkritisch
Da wird im Fall Maja T. Der Anwalt der selben Person interviewt und vollkommen unkritisch befragt, als sei alles, was dieser behauptet, wahr. Die Opfer Seite des Vorwurf wird überhaupt nicht beleuchtet, auch keine Einordnung getroffen. Ein Grund, dass ich diesen Podcast nicht weiter hören möchte, obwohl ich ihn eigentlich Leitgedanken sehr gut finde. Aber es fehlt auch vor kundig an der Objektivität. Schade.

Die politischen Meinungsäußerungen nehmen langsam überhand. Leider nicht sachlich fundiert, sondern auf Stammtischniveau. Ich möchte als Hörer möglichst objektiv informiert werden und zu aktuellen Themen substantiierte juristische Argumente hören. Vorurteile oder die eigene politische Agenda gehören hingegen nicht in einen juristischen Podcast. Herr Wieduwilt scheint nicht das nötige Format für einen seriösen Podcast zu haben. Hier würde frischer Wind guttun.

Nach dem Ausscheiden von Pia Lorenz bei FAZ Einspruch war mir recht schnell klar, was den Podcast so gut gemacht hat - Pia Lorenz. Aber auch die Folgen bei Gerechtigkeit und Loseblatt ohne Pia sind super gut. Einfach der beste Jura-Podcast, gute Themenauswahl, einfach aber auch juristisch erklärt und vor allem nur im gebotenen Maße politisch.
