In this show, we will lead you through the biology of each disease including the molecular genetics that can determine the outcome of these hereditary conditions. We then discuss the medical history of the disease as well as what we know of it's origins from the genes themselves before discussing their future alongside common misconceptions and stigma surrounding each illness. This is a must try podcast to introduce you to the world of genetics and disease.

Great explanation on fragile x syndrome and carrier premutation. Thank you! Sweet couple covering genetic mutations in a convo format between a scientist and a layperson.
A very fun new series with lots of interesting facts. I wholly recommend subscribing to Genetic Drift
As someone without a science brain, I have found Genetic Drift very accessible, very interesting, and very fun to listen to. Highly recommend!
