I love everything about this podcast! The two lovely hosts, the variety of the movie & TV series selection (from small arthouse indie drama to sci-fi blockbuster), the special episodes on classics and, last but not least, the gaydar ;). One of only two film-related podcasts I don't miss a single episode of - 100% recommendation!
I really wanted to like this podcast, and the hosts do have some interesting opinions, but unfortunately they lacked energy and the audio was impossible. It sounded like they were just having small talk over lunch and neither was all that thrilled to be there. Also, I had to turn my audio to max, and I could still barely hear them, only to get my eardrums blasted at the ads. Each host’s voice was at a different volume which just added to the problem.
Always a fabulous listen and the hosts are so knowledgable and fun to listen to. Seem like they’ve been doing it for years and this is always a podcast I enjoy and eagerly await the next episodes of. Long may it continue!
Always enjoyable, comedic & informative. I especially like the style and delivery. At times it gets a little deep (in my opinion)but never too serious.
I knew this would be good. Ned’s voice is so calming. Your passion as movie goers is very obvious. You’re on a two man mission to promote the big screen.
If only I could take this much notice of cinematic nuances … but I don’t have to because you do it for me! Love everything about this duo. I wish you every success 🍿🎬
