  • Sporadic Volume Levels

Love the podcast but every episode seems like a massively different volume. The latest is too quiet, have it turned up all the way and then the Ads blow my head off! Keep up the good work, but needs a bit more polish.

  • Thank you for relaunching the show

I want to give 5 stars but I think that it can be tightened up a bit. 45 minutes would be better unless there is something to talk about

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Aprilia crash Ducati's Party | Italian GP review
Q: Who do you see as the favorite in the long run between Bezzecchi and Martin?
The consensus leaned toward Bezzecchi as more controlled and consistent this year, though Martin's experience and championship credentials keep him as a strong long-term favorite.
MotoGP Q&A | 850s, reserve riders and Sylvain’s BSB comeback?
Q: Will the 850s actually test and how will testing be managed with riders switching teams?
Testing will likely be done by riders who stay with their teams or by test riders; riders leaving to other manufacturers are unlikely to get access to the 850 bikes until their new contracts begin, to protect proprietary data.
MotoGP Q&A | 850s, reserve riders and Sylvain’s BSB comeback?
Q: What do you think about reserve riders becoming mandatory and how will that affect team contracts?
The panel agrees that mandatory reserve riders would help fill grids when riders are injured, but teams will need pre-arranged flexibility in Moto2 contracts to ensure riders can step up without leaving others short in their current championships.
MotoGP Test Riding Secrets 🔧 | Gas It Out Q&A
Q: What are the biggest challenges in testing an 850 and new aero packages?
Riders and teams must adapt to new tire choices and different handling characteristics, while engineers chase improvements in aero efficiency and device configurations, sometimes with limited or secretive access to complete data.
MotoGP Test Riding Secrets 🔧 | Gas It Out Q&A
Q: What is it like being a test rider?
A test rider must be relentlessly consistent, racking up laps and giving precise feedback on aero, electronics, and chassis changes, often under challenging conditions, while staying honest about what they feel versus what the data shows.
