每個人對於哭的理解和定義都不太一樣，對Stephanie和Michelle來說，這是她們抒發情緒、釋放壓力很好的方式。從小到大，我們是否有被教育成女生哭就是「不哭不哭，眼淚是珍珠」，男生哭就是「男兒有淚不輕彈」呢？希望透過這一集，我們都能學習對哭和眼淚有更不同的解讀方式，看見掉眼淚的自己別忘了鼓勵這也是很棒的宣洩，而遇見願意在我們面前流淚的朋友們，也要謝謝他們願意如此信任我們哦！

每一個人都有屬於我們的過去，大家會選擇跟另一半坦白嗎？還是覺得以前所發生的事情都是過去式了呢？
相信大家對於婚前是否應該把過去完全交代清楚以及坦白自己，都有不同的想法，但不管怎麼樣，請接納並擁抱過去的自己，不論過去的光景是如何，每一天都能是全新的。
不要過分強迫自己，若覺得那些軟弱沒辦法在自己準備好的情況下，去告訴對方，那請允許自己需要更多的時間。而願意敞開自己的你，也不要忘記給對方一些空間哦！

不知道大家對於古巴的印象是什麼？可能是卡斯楚、可能是共產體制的代表詞，對我來說，它更是一個沒能被了解的世界，因為人們沒給它機會。
或許它不是一個已發展的國家，它的人民依然靠著糧票生活，然後它成為戰爭底下的犧牲品，但人民並沒有因此失去盼望，他們還是很努力的活著。這一集，Stephanie要帶大家踏入古巴這個神祕的國度，雖然世界的大門沒有為他們敞開，可是當地人把古巴帶向世界，他們很勇敢的向世界證明，他們還在，他們不曾離去。
