我發現好的領導者也往往都是非常安靜的人，他們能直接觸碰到他人的靈魂， 偉大的領導者都善於講故事，我遇見過S象限的專業人士或小企業主，他們還想把自己的生意做大，但總是無法實現，很重要的一個原因就是他們缺少領導力，沒有人願意追隨他們，員工不信任他們，也無法被他們激勵。
