MiLaysia though, not Mikayla!
Normally I listen on Spotify, but I wanted to write a review here because I’ve really enjoyed this podcast all since it started. I’ve been watching Mariah’s tiktoks for a while and that’s how I started listening to this (and Hoops for Hotties). I love hearing Mariah and Lexie talk basketball and really appreciate Lexie’s inside perspective. It’s been so great to hear as I’m watching more and learning more about women’s basketball.
I so appreciate Lexie’s smart and positive approach to all of her fellow players and all the teams. She is the opposite of catty, and I’m here for it! Women always win in the WNBA.
Well done and enjoyed your unique perspective
I love this podcast - Lexie is currently playing on the storm. So she has real info on what's happening in the w! Mariah asks great questions from a non player perspective. Really appreciate you two providing this positive platform! :)

Two hosts deliver culture-forward analysis at the intersection of women's basketball and broader sports culture. Episodes mix game analysis (college and pro hoops), labor and business dynamics (NIL, CBA, media coverage), and personal storytelling, with frequent references to fan culture, leadership, and advocacy for women in sports. A standout is the blend of on-court insight from current players with broad industry context, creating a practical, personality-driven show for listeners who want both basketball IQ and cultural commentary. The tone is candid, supportive of women athletes, and unafraid to tackle timely topics like NIL, conference realignment, and labor issues, making it a likely go-to for fans who want depth without fluff.
