佛洛姆在愛的藝術中提到，愛包含「照顧、責任、尊重、了解」。這讓淑娟認為，照顧小孩是天經地義的事情，沒有做好就會感到非常自責。有一次，小孩因為嚴重過敏，需要吸兩個月的類固醇，聽到醫生這麼說，讓淑娟非常驚訝，怎麼需要用藥這麼的久？也頻頻的向他道歉。小孩的反應提醒了淑娟，不用把所有責任都攬在自己身上，小孩也不希望你不停責怪自己！

除了覺得自己「有能力」引起爸媽對他的注意
也能夠把爸媽留在他的身邊
這樣會讓他有安撫感

謝謝育兒幫手頻道，給了我很多人本的想法和概念，慢慢知道與練習對小孩人本，但是對父母、隊友就變成本人的部分，我也是這樣，曾經認真思考過。
我很認同來賓說的，期待值不同以及自己還是在忍耐的部分，覺得還有一部分，是對自己也需要人本，當自己有被愛夠、被療癒了，就會有空間有力量對別人人本。這也很需要學習和練習。
