為了協助孩子發展出面對自己與他人的能力，老師會找孩子談，讓大人與孩子，或孩子彼此之間，有機會坦誠面對。

為了發展孩子可以好好與人在一起的能力，森小有個機制叫做生活會🏫：遇到問題，就把大家兜在一起討論！
這個模式也可以運用在家中的家庭會議喔～～
🔶 可是——每次遇到問題都需要開生活會嗎？
如果凡事都要出動生活會的話，反而會讓事情變得麻煩，這時候就必須去區分，哪些事情是公領域的事，哪些不是。讓孩子們參與討論的過程，是因為森小把孩子當作共同生活的主體，也在其中培養孩子的公民素養能力。

小孩一遇到困擾就跟老師說，會不會讓人覺得，怎麼一天到晚都在告狀？
森小的孩子是這樣說的：
「在一般學校，跟老師講是告狀，會被處罰；但是在森小，跟老師說，是為了解決問題。」
小孩其實很少有機會，能在一個安全的環境裡面，覺得人會被照顧，事情能被好好處理。因此，森林小學生活主任淑美說，當孩子們剛進入森小，就會跟他們介紹這裡是不打不罵小孩的地方。在一起不代表沒有困難，但大人一定會幫忙，所以有事一定要講。讓孩子對森小的大人，建立基本的信任。
但小孩面對大人的不安，哪會是大人兩三句的安撫就會消失... more
如果「玩」讓災難多於快樂，乾脆直接禁止比較好吧？
在森小，孩子們會很認真地想盡各種辦法，把紅磚或石頭打碎、磨成沙子，做出屬於自己的沙球！但玩著玩著，也出現了許多問題：有人的沙球被踩壞，有人把沙球藏在宿舍裡就整團崩掉，沙子弄得到處都是，引發了很多的紛爭。
但是，森林小學生活主任淑美並沒有直接禁止，她選擇召開了一場「沙球會議」！因為「玩」是一件值得被呵護的事情。但同時，玩也不能讓災難變得比快樂更多。

謝謝育兒幫手頻道，給了我很多人本的想法和概念，慢慢知道與練習對小孩人本，但是對父母、隊友就變成本人的部分，我也是這樣，曾經認真思考過。
我很認同來賓說的，期待值不同以及自己還是在忍耐的部分，覺得還有一部分，是對自己也需要人本，當自己有被愛夠、被療癒了，就會有空間有力量對別人人本。這也很需要學習和練習。
