淑娟這才忽然驚覺，她從來沒有想到要說，而是很自然地把先生排除在外
那麼，後來淑娟是如何“訓練”先生，而且讓他做久成習慣呢？
首先，抓到機會就用力讚美（你很有天份耶！你做得比我好耶！）
再來，練習放手（明知一定會有災難，設法正面看待它）
有一回，她把女兒交給先生照顧，任務之一是餵藥。回家後，兒子指著一堆沾滿藥粉和藥水的髒衣服，搶著說：「你看，爸爸剛剛……，我有幫他... more
一天有3小時玩電動的時間，如果讓小孩自己分配，會發生什麼事？
選項A：3小時一次用掉→這樣會累，就不那麼好玩，而且這天都不能再玩了
選項B：每次30分鐘→太短了，打不玩…
選項C：每次1小時→剛剛好，讓愉快的時間可以分配在一天之中
淑娟真的讓兒子自己決定，而且居然並不反對一次玩3小時，心臟真是太強大惹！
至今，淑娟已花了五年的時間，讓孩子慢慢體會何謂做決定，進而發現到心裡想像的跟真的去做並不一樣，然後他就能找出愈來愈接近合理合適的方式。

為什麼不要跟小孩說鬼故事？
一方面，小孩的心智太小，另一方面鬼故事會讓人有“試膽”的感覺（然後就明示暗示著 --「害怕」不好，人要勇敢）；其實，人之所以愛說鬼故事，有蠻大原因是看到別人被驚嚇，而從中得到樂趣。（You are my toy! ）
森小老師韋絜進一步把任何拿來嚇小孩的說法都歸類為“鬼故事”，例如警察會來抓你喔、老闆會生氣喔、隔避阿姨在看喔…；這樣的做法，是大人迴避了表示「我不喜歡你這樣」，故意挑起小孩害怕的心情，然後又嘲笑他的害怕（實在是很糟糕）。

謝謝育兒幫手頻道，給了我很多人本的想法和概念，慢慢知道與練習對小孩人本，但是對父母、隊友就變成本人的部分，我也是這樣，曾經認真思考過。
我很認同來賓說的，期待值不同以及自己還是在忍耐的部分，覺得還有一部分，是對自己也需要人本，當自己有被愛夠、被療癒了，就會有空間有力量對別人人本。這也很需要學習和練習。
