Love it
Jeremy Bowen explores and discusses how journalism works. He looks at his own methods, at others’ methods, and what the experts have to say on it. It results in examinations of different aspects in and around journalism, always layered with personal experiences.
It gives a good insight in the many ways journalism is done and “the truth” may be reached.
I’d have liked each episode to be an hour long even deeper dive and not the bite sized chunk of 15 minutes. Still good though.
An excellent podcast from a hugely experienced journalist which is insightful at a time when the truth and journalists are under attack. Thank you to all involved.
I’ve come back to this marvelous podcast from about a year ago to listen again to its episodes about the conundrums and dilemmas of being a responsible journalist and I’m struck by the notion that its pertinence will never fade. If I were a teacher of journalism, the podcast would be on my syllabus. If I were a newspaper managing editor, I’d recommend it to the entire staff and require it for job candidates. Endless plaudits to Jeremy Bowen for bringing it to us!
