  • Wish there was more inclusivity and intersectionality

I am a big fan of Lisa’s work and have been following it for a while now. I truly appreciate the somatic, feminist lens she applies to her work. However, I have noticed that there is a lack of intersectionality and acknowledgement of the privilege that white women experience even in spaces like these. I have been turned off in the past by some of her guest speakers, including a recent episode where the guest talks about receiving a PMDD diagnosis after spending minutes with a “Chinese doctor” af... more

  • Soothing and nurturing

There’s something so soothing about listening to Lisa. It could be her Irish accent (the accent is soothing for my nervous system, could be the very old Irish heritage within my family line!) or it could be the knowledge and wisdom she shares - or even both!! Either way, thank you Lisa for sharing this really important information about women’s menstrual health and well-being xx
