I thought I was going to listen to the episodes at work, but after rewinding multiple times, I felt like the bad friend getting distracted by my phone at dinner. I decided these two definitely deserved some dedicate time. Their conversations are engaging and flow so easily. It’s hard to believe that they haven’t been friends forever. The conversations are thoughtful and engaging and then immediately irreverent; the best kinds.

These two converse easily and with real interest in each other. I’m just a bit jealous. Can’t wait to hear more. They also have great voices for “radio” and did a quality job.
I love the flow between Keenan and Halsted. They are able to speak openly and honestly. So much of it is relatable, and made me realize “oh yes that’s exactly what I’ve dealt with or feel”. I can’t wait to listen to this weekly!
Such an honest podcast about friendship, connections, and how to make them in a world where people crave closeness. I found myself nodding along to everything they discussed and can’t wait to hear more! Keenan and Halsted are the best.
Halstead & Keenan, aside from having great voices, are fun to listen to as they explore a new friendship and share with us their thoughts, humour and insights along the way. It’s nice to listen to a podcast that’s so warm and inviting right from the start. All the stars!

Two adult friends navigate the nuances of building a real-life friendship through candid, humorous, and sometimes vulnerable conversations. Across episodes, they explore everyday challenges—boundaries, communication, aging, parenting decisions, and the tension between rest and ambition—while weaving in personal anecdotes, pop culture, and shared memories. The show often pairs warm, intimate storytelling with sharp, self-aware humor, making it feel like you're listening to two long-time friends riff in a living room, while still offering practical takeaways for listeners who want better connections in their own lives.
