I have discovered a great number of books I wouldn’t have otherwise found, thanks to this podcast. Although neither of these guys look how they sound, they are very entertaining and provide some excellent insight into the books they discuss.
Plus, George RR Martin called this his “favourite fantasy podcast”. What more can you ask for?

This is Doc from the podcast: Heroes of Science Fiction and Fantasy. I have listened to at least 12 episodes and follow the show now. I listen to each new one and cherry pick from the back catalog of more then 250 episodes. I try to pick now at least 2 per week from the back catalog. Really enjoy Charles and Dylan’s reviews and suggestions. Keep them going!
I’ve been disenchanted with a lot of BookTok discourse and have been listening to more podcasts to get recommendations and hear thoughts on good books. This is exactly what I was looking for!
