BONUS: The Rex Chapman Interview
Q: What do you think about the role of players in today's society compared to your era?
Players today are much more empowered to express themselves, which is a positive development for the sport.
BONUS: The Rex Chapman Interview
Q: How did your teammates influence your early career?
Dell Curry, in particular, took me under his wing. He was like a father figure to me and supported me during my early days in Charlotte.
The Bad Boys
Q: How do you want to be remembered as a basketball player?
I personally think we were one of the best defensive teams to ever play in the NBA and I would like to be remembered for conquering the Giants and winning a different way than most people were winning at that time.
The Bad Boys
Q: How did you get past them to the point where you won the back-to-back titles?
They were fierce competitors, but they were great teachers. Everything that we became is because what the Celtics taught us and what we learned from playing against them.
BONUS: The Charles Barkley Interview
Q: What's really crazy about the Dirk thing, and see, Nike was ahead of the curve also. So we would go to foreign countries during the summer, me and Michael, Scottie Pippen, David Roberts and guys like that. So we go over to Germany. Dirk is like 18, real thin. We played him. He's got 30 in half time.
We were like, who the hell is that kid right there? He got another 25 or so in the second half after I found out about him.
