A great podcast! Would recommend for anyone interested in engaging conversations about topics pertinent to building and sustaining community.
Thanks Bryan and Paul for covering this much overlooked vice. If I remember correctly the “Eat to live, not live to eat” phrase is a Socratic construct. I would also add that gluttony can apply to other non food excesses in our lives. One bit of advice would be to limit the use of the word ‘like’ it doesn’t help the dialogue.
