Riggs is a white collar conman that realized despite his lack of charisma, good looks, or any other ability other than being born rich, that people that read Barstool like golf. The result is this unlistenable podcast that is a charade to annoy PGA golfers that clearly don’t like them but like Dave- aka every reader of Barstool save for PMT fans.
